Qureshi maintained that PTI would fight this battle through political and legal means for the safe recovery and release of their chairmanMoreover, Qureshi denounced the Al-Qadir Trust case as a “dirty political case” and a “revenge plot” and announced that PTI would fight it politically and legally.

He also stated that PTI would hold peaceful protests across the country to ensure Khan’s release as soon as possibleQureshi further criticized the fact that Khan was arrested after the IHC was raided, despite the PTI chairman’s willingness to offer voluntary arrest in his statement before appearing in court. Qureshi condemned Khan’s arrest as “fascism” and criticized the attack on the IHC during biometrics, which resulted in injuries to lawyers.

He made an appeal to the Chief Justice of the IHC to issue an order for Khan’s immediate recovery and appearance in court.
