Elon Musk: Twitter free for casual users, slight cost for comm./govt. users

PoliticsElon Musk: Twitter free for casual users, slight cost for comm./govt. users

Elon Musk said, “Twitter will always be free for casual users, but maybe a slight cost for commercial/government users.”

Elon Musk in a series of tweets wrote, “Ultimately, the downfall of the Freemasons was giving away their stonecutting services for nothing.  Twitter will always be free for casual users but may be a slight cost for commercial/government users.

He went on to say, “Some revenue is better than none!”

Elon Musk’s statement left many wondering what he meant, and not many know about the Freemasons, so have elucidated a bit more about the Freemasons below.  It is evident that Elon Musk does not believe in giving away everything for free, unlike the Freemasons, one of the most powerful secret societies in the world that included some of the most influential people on the globe.

Who Are Freemasons?

The Freemasons are a secret society and Masonry refers to fraternal organizations that trace their origins to the local guilds of stonemasons that, from the end of the 13th century, regulated the qualifications of stonemasons and their interaction with authorities and clients.

Modern Freemasonry broadly consists of two main recognition groups:

Regular Freemasonry insists that a volume of scripture be open in a working lodge, that every member professes belief in a Supreme Being, that no women be admitted, and that the discussion of religion and politics be banned.

Continental Freemasonry consists of the jurisdictions that have removed some, or all, of these restrictions.

The Masonic lodge is the basic organizational unit of Freemasonry and meets regularly and conducts the usual formal business of any small organization (approve minutes, elect new members, appoint officers and take their reports, consider correspondence, bills, and annual accounts, organize social and charitable events, etc.).

In addition to such business, the meeting may perform a ceremony to confer a Masonic degree or receive a lecture, which is usually on some aspect of Masonic history or ritual. At the conclusion of the meeting, the Lodge may hold a formal dinner, or festive board, sometimes involving toasting and song.

The bulk of Masonic rituals consists of degree ceremonies. Candidates for Freemasonry are progressively initiated into Freemasonry, first in the degree of Entered Apprentice. At some later time, in separate ceremonies, they will be passed to the degree of Fellowcraft; and then raised to the degree of Master Mason.

In each of these ceremonies, the candidate must first take the new obligations of the degree and is then entrusted with secret knowledge including passwords, signs, and grips (secret handshakes) confined to his new rank.

The Aims of Freemasons:

This is their statement declaration

To be good citizens by practicing the highest moral and social standards in friendship, charity, and integrity.

To encourage our members to serve their own religion and community.

To demonstrate that we are a society of upright men.

To enjoy each other’s company and develop team spirit and fellowship.

Good Citizens:  We are dedicated to making good men better and to developing our knowledge of ourselves as individuals and the world around us through education, discussion, and social exchange.

We aim to make proper use of our time, dividing it between worship, work, leisure, and service, thus making the best use of our mental and physical abilities.

We aim to use our talents for the benefit of ourselves, our families, our neighbors, and our communities throughout our private, public, business, and professional life.

We declare our membership whenever any possible conflict of interest may arise or be perceived to arise.

We promise not to use our membership to promote our own or anyone else’s private, public, business, or professional interests.

Controversies

The ultimate aim in the  Freemason society is prosperity with the principle of helping others. There is a lot of fear attached to belonging to the Freemasons for once someone leaves the fraternity, rumors go that they die under mysterious circumstances.
