J&K: Friday, a landslide occurred at Jammu-Srinagar National Highway at Samroli area of Udhampur in Jammu, killing the driver and injuring two. The boulders hit an excavator that rolled down into a gorge.
All vehicles on the Jammu-Srinagar National Highway have been stopped. Some machinery also hit by rolling boulders. Two vehicles also caught fire 2 others escaped from the burning vehicle and the fire was doused out with water.
A driver was killed and two others sustained injuries after the major landslide and taken to the hospital and other machinery also hit by rolling boulders.
