The monsoon session of Parliament is starting on July 18. Earlier, in the booklet released by the Lok Sabha Secretariat on Wednesday (July 13), words like Jumlajeevi, child wisdom, COVID spreader, Snoopgate, ashamed, abused, betrayed, corrupt, drama, hypocrisy, incompetent has been termed as unparliamentary. If these rules become part of the parliamentary manual, then these words will not be used.
If any word is used in the list of words included in the booklet of Lok Sabha, then it will be treated as unparliamentary language and removed from the proceedings of Lok Sabha and Rajya Sabha. That is, even if these words have been seen and heard on live TV, these words will not find a place in the records of Parliament. This means that it will not be considered officially that such an MP has used unparliamentary words inside the Parliament.
