Furious Pakistanis are asking for justice for 8-year-old girl Maria Mohmand who was gang raped and killed in Lahore.

Enraged Pakistanis ask for justice for Maria, 8-year-old gang-raped and killed because apparently, sources say that instead of helping the family, the police are on the side of the criminals. While the details of the crime are being masked presently, the horrific act is said to be done by tribal Pashtuns, which still has to be verified.
A vibrant campaign is emerging asking for justice for Maria.
Team Pakistan Power writes, “An 8-year-old girl, Maria, was killed after being gang-raped in Lahore. How long will we live in such a dirty and rotten society where our children are not safe? The govt should arrest these beasts as soon as possible and punish them severely.
Pls raise your voice. #JusticeforMaria” (sic)

Rapes and Crimes on Children Rampant
On August 29, 2022, another Pakistan horror came to light when an eight-year-old girl was brutally gang-raped in the Umarkot region of Sindh and her eyes were gouged out after that.
The horrific incident came to light after a Hindu rights activist in Pakistan tweeted a video clip in which the victim can be seen on a stretcher while her parents were taking her inside a hospital compound.
The minor was brutalised on Sunday. The suspects allegedly scratched her entire face.
Rape of children is becoming a pandemic over the globe and perpetrators need the strictest punishment, death.
Rape is a criminal offence in Pakistan. Punishment for rape in Pakistan under Pakistani laws is either the death penalty or imprisonment of between ten and twenty-five years. For cases related to gang rape, the punishment is either the death penalty or life imprisonment. DNA tests and other scientific evidence are used in prosecuting rape cases in Pakistan.
