It’s all about being under ED radar, nothing to do with anything else!

UncategorizedIt's all about being under ED radar, nothing to do with anything else!

It’s all about being under the ED radar and nothing else! With the threat of ED raids, frightened MLAs flee to Assam to make a deal!

It is said that Eknath Shinde too is on the boat, all done to save their skins from ED raids.  Sanjay Raut lets the cat out of the bag by disclosing that at least 17-20 party MLAs have been under the threat of the Enforcement Directorate (ED) raids and want to “get out of their predicament” by jumping ship. Other 10-15 rebels who are also involved in various businesses also feared getting ED notices, said the Sena leaders.

In fact, the Shiv Sena leaders out of fear of the ED ran to Assam and Eknath Shinde, who is leading the mutiny, was also said to have received a notice from the ED.

When questioned whether ED notices were the prime reason behind the Sena MLAs trying to join hands with the BJP, Shiv Sena chief spokesperson Sanjay Raut told the Indian Express on Thursday, “As per my information a majority of the rebel MLAs have received ED notices. The BJP has been putting pressure on them through the ED. Other MLAs were also on the watch of the agency.”

Asked whether Shinde was also on ED radar, Raut said, “Yes, as per my information…”

It is all about ED and Nothing Else

While BJP was “pretending” it was an internal matter, and other sources were saying it was because Uddhav Thackeray sidelined Eknath Shinde, they also said that because Mr. Thackeray’s “bows down to Sonia” he lost, and due to the fact that he stood by Muslims, and Azan incident, as well as move against the Hanuman Chalisa protests, cost Uddhav Thackeray.

However, the true story is completely different, and perhaps one that main Media is too afraid to tell the public.  Most of the deflecting runaway MLAs are actually under the Enforcement Directorate’s radar and a lot of them who had fled to Guwahati were shockingly blackmailed!

There is video footage showing how some of the MLAs were hoodwinked into coming into the airport and claimed they were blackmailed, one of them escaped and other MLAs claimed they were forcefully taken to Surat.

See the video below from Twitter:  “We were forcibly taken to Surat, I tried to run away but was caught by Surat police. Despite having no complications, doctors told me that I had a heart attack. 300-350 police personnel were keeping an eye on us: Shiv Sena MLA Nitin. Deshmukh.”

Eknath Shinde does not have the charisma or the presence of Uddhav Thackeray nor is he esteemed by powerful leaders across India and for 37 MLAs to be voting for himan  is all bogus eyewash and a game to topple the MVA with a plan to link with the BJP and escape out of the ED threat which would get most of them in jail.

The man orchestrating this whole Enforcement Directorate trap is the Home Minister, Amit Shah, and below are a few names of Shiv Sena MLAs who are under the ED radar scan, desperate to escape the threat of prison.

Shiv Sena MLA Pratap Sarnaik:  The ED said it has attached assets worth Rs 175 crores of Shiv Sena MLA Pratap Sarnaik in the money laundering case and Pratap Sarnaik received a notice for the same.  He was one of the MLAs who ran to Assam.  He had, a few days earlier, written a frantic letter to Uddhav Thackeray begging him to patch up with Modi and the BJP, and the sole aim of the letter was to save his skin from the ED because everyone knows, one’s “crimes are washed sparkling clean” when they link with the BJP.

Yamini Jadhav:  She is facing the heat of the ED with several money laundering cases and ownership of lands. She and her husband also pleaded with Uddhav Thackeray to join BJP, to save themselves from the ED hazard.

Bhavana Gawali:  She too had been summoned by the ED, in a money laundering case from the NGO she runs.

Eknath Shinde:  He used to run an autorickshaw, became very rich, and quickly rose as a key Sena leader in the Thane-Palghar region after joining politics.  Senior journalist, Ashok Wankhede, claimed that Eknath Shinde amassed so much illegal wealth and he also received an ED notice.

According to the report, Sachin Joshi, the secretary in charge of Eknath Shinde’s financial affairs, had received the ED notice ten days ago. He has been missing from Thane since the notice was issued. Where is Sachin Joshi? “There is a lot of talk about what the ED’s notice to him has to do with Eknath Shinde’s revolt,” the report said.

Currently, multiple Shiv Sena leaders are under the scan of the ED and just to name a few, Anil Parab, Pratap Saranaik, Bhavana Gawli, Yashwant Jadhav, Arjun Khotkar, Anandrao Adsul, Ravindra Vaikar have received notices from the ED.

It is also evident that these MLAs have been promised other benefits by the BJP and it is obvious that ever since the Mahavikas Aghadi government came to power, the BJP has used the Central Investigation Agency, including the ED to intimate any opponents and voices of dissent.

Every day, BJP leaders are accusing Shiv Sena, a constituent party of Mahavikas Aghadi, about something or the other yet they are so quick to link up.

All of these MLAs, had they not escaped to Assam might have been in jail under ED cases.

While we call it the death of democracy, nothing is being done about it, this practice of horse-trading is treasonous because politicians are making a mockery of citizens’ votes by switching sides, and wasting the treasury’s money and also the time of the people who vote.  Politicians who swap sides so easily need to be disqualified and new laws have to be established for the same.

A separation between the ED and politicians has to be created, so that ruling parties cannot control other politicians by blackmailing them through the ED and other means. The whole system has to change or the politicians will only be fleeing from one five-star hotel to another and not serve the public anymore.

Do watch this video which explains it all well shared well by journalist, Deepak Sharma.
