NCB’s witness Prabhakar Sail who claimed Wankhede’s extortion on Shah Rukh Khan dies suddenly, lawyer states heart attack as a reason.
NCB’s witness, Prabhakar Sail, 37, died of a heart attack at his house in Mahul (Chembur) on Friday evening,” a police official told news agency PTI.
The official said that Sail was taken to the civic-run Rajawadi Hospital in Mumbai’s Ghatkopar, where he was declared ‘brought dead’. The news was also verified by his lawyer Tushar Khandar, who declared that Sail’s family members do not suspect any foul play.
ANI tweeted, “Mumbai | NCB’s panch witness in Cordelia cruise drug case, Prabhakar Sail died yesterday. As per his lawyer Tushar Khandare, he died of a heart attack at his residence in Mahul area of Chembur yesterday.”
Last year, Aryan was granted bail by the Bombay High Court and he was released on October 30, 2021. Since then, Aryan has been spending time with his family.
