People Are Alleging that Before Elections, The Sacrilege Act Was Set Up to Polarize Votes
Before any election, people are getting more suspicious of the government trying to polarize voters, and where Hindus are a majority, Muslims are depicted as being dangerous, or just before the Punjab elections, the act of sacrilege was done in the Golden Temple predictably sparking outrage leading to the lynching of the man which would, in turn, send out the message, Sikhs are dangerous. People are expressing that the act was premeditated to communalize the tragedy by using the phrase “Hindu Khatre main hai” and garner votes accordingly feeding on the fear of Hindus. An investigation would need to be set up to find out the exact circumstances leading to this unfortunate incident.
