Union Home Minister Amit Shah will set out on a two-day visit to poll-bound Uttar Pradesh on Nov 12, 13, will discuss election strategy.

He will tour eastern Uttar Pradesh.  At Deendayal Hastkala Sankul (Trade Centre and Museum) in Varanasi, he will conduct a meeting on election strategy and preparedness with BJP leaders on November 12. T

All ministers from the Kashi (Varanasi) region will attend the meeting. Additionally, Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath, Union Minister Dharmendra Pradhan and BJP leaders Sunil Bansal and Swatantra Dev Singh will also be present. Dharmendra Pradhan is the BJP’s election in charge in Uttar Pradesh. This election strategy meeting is likely to go on for four hours.

During his two-day trip to Uttar Pradesh, Amit Shah will also participate in the Akhil Bharatiya Rajbhasha Sammelan in Varanasi.

Apart from Varanasi, he will visit Azamgarh, Gorakhpur, and Basti. In Basti, he will inaugurate Sansad Khel Mahakumbh at Amar Shaheed Satyavaan Singh Sports Stadium on November 13.

Later, Amit Shah will address a public meeting at Shiv Harsh College in UP’s Basti.

The Uttar Pradesh Assembly election is scheduled to be held early next year and it is a rough turbulent road ahead with notably a lot of communalism being stirred up purportedly by BJP because the Uttar Pradesh election outcome will decide the fate of India, as experts say.
