Five in a family were killed after a dilapidated house collapsed in UP where five members were buried alive and five others injured.
According to reports, the five family members were sleeping when the house collapsed and the five in the family were killed after being buried alive. The local people started the evacuation of the trapped persons and the injured have been admitted to a hospital.
The five died after the house’s collapse in UP Jaunpur, buried alive and five others injured when the two-storied dilapidated house collapsed in Jaunpur, Uttar Pradesh at around 2300 hours in Roza Arjun locality late Thursday night.
Around a dozen people of a family were sleeping at the time of the incident. The deceased have been identified as Sanjida (37), Azimullah (68), Mohammad Kaif (8), Mohammad Saif (30), and Miswaha (28). The rescue operation continued till early Friday morning, the police said, adding the injured are undergoing treatment.
