IndiaEvery bureaucrat who helped Mr. Modi and Mr. Shah from 2001-2010 are in major positions in govt and some who exposed them are in jail!

This is a list of the every bureaucrat who helped Mr. Modi and Amit Shah from 2001-2010.  These bureaucrats are now in high positions in government, while on the other hand, some who exposed the government are in jail!

Yogesh Chander Modi, the current Director-General/Chief of the National Investigation Agency of India gave a clean chit to Narendra Modi in the 2002 Gulbarg Society Massacre where 69 people were killed.  The close was closed and he is now promoted as the CBI Chief after Alok Sinha’s retirement in January 2019

R.K Raghavan, the Chief of SIT gave a clean chit to Mr. Modi in the 2002 riots case.  He is now promoted and appointed as Indian Ambassador to Cyprus.

Maulik Nanavati, son of retired Justice G.T Nanavati, who heads the Nanavati Commission probe in the 2002 Gujarat riots, represented Narendra Modi government in High Court, Supreme Court, termed as a clear case of conflict of interest, appeared as an impaneled lawyer of the state.

CJI Justice Sathasivam, who removed the second FIR against Amit Shah in the Sohrabuddin fake encounter case, was later appointed as Governor of Kerala, just after his appointment

Senior advocate Uday U. Lalit, who represented Amit Shah in the Tulsi Prajapati encounter case, has now been appointed as a judge in the Supreme Court.

Justice Akshay Mehta, who gave bail to Babu Bajrangi in the 2002 Gujrat riot case is presently appointed as a member in Nanawati-Mehta commission, which later on gave a clean-chit to Narendra Modi in the 2002 riot case

YC Modi who investigated Haren Pandya’s murder case is now appointed as an NIA (National Investigation Agency) Chief.

Rakesh Asthana, who investigated the burning train in Godhra validated the Modi government’s theory behind the fire in the train, was promoted and appointed as the CBI chief.

Tushar Mehta, who advised accused of 2002 communal riots and leaked documents, appointed as Additional Advocate General of India.

G.C Murmu, 1985 Gujarat-Cadre IAS officer, who helped Mr. Modi and Mr. Amit Shah to subdue the 2002 Riot investigation and cover-up Israt Jahan Fake Encounter case, is appointed Chief Auditor General of India.

In the Rafale deal, Air Marshal RKS Bhadauria takes over as new IAF chief from BS Dhanoa Role in Rafale.

SV Raju, Lawyer of Amit Shah in Sohrabbudin Fake Encounter Case, is appointed as Additional Solicitor General of India

Ranjan Gogoi, Supreme Court Chief Justice who gave a clean chit to Narendra Modi in the Rafael scam was awarded a seat in the Rajya Sabha seat, a few months after his retirement.

In the Gujarat riots, the list details the various appointments these officials (who were associated with the investigation of the violence senior police officials, state bureaucrats) have received since 2002, and after the release of the 2012 SIT report.

On the other side, anyone who speaks against PM Modi either from the BJP, or outside, from IAS officers, bureaucrats in semi-political positions, government officers, police officers, lawyers, judges, etc., get eradicated politically, physically, or by other means.

The ones who exposed any deeds of Narendra Modi are in jail now like IPS officer Sanjiv Bhatt, who revealed Mr. Modi’s role in the Gujarat riots.  It is now more than 29 months since Sanjiv was taken away unlawfully in a politically motivated manner by the BJP government and nothing can be done about it.

Sandeep Tamgadge had also named Amit Shah as the prime accused and kingpin in the investigation into the murder of Tulsi Prajapati, an associate of the gangster Sohrabuddin Sheikh—both of whom were killed in fake encounters by the Gujarat Police.  Tamgadge had filed charge sheets in the Sohrabuddin and Prajapati cases detailing Mr. Amit Shah’s role in the extortion, kidnapping, and murder of the two victims. Shah was relieved of both cases in December 2014.

At the end of that fiasco, Sandeep Tamgadge, the Nagaland cadre official who questioned the officials and ministers was withdrawn from the fake-encounters case and was repatriated to his home cadre in October 2015.  At that point, the CBI launched multiple investigations against Tamgadge, gave him very low ratings in his Annual Confidential Report, depleting his future prospects for promotions.

Judge Loya, presiding over the Sohrabuddin Sheikh case, who told Amit Shah he would do what was correct, was found dead under mysterious circumstances with no investigations into his death, while the family initially claimed foul play, now silent.

CJI Ranjan Gogoi’s case became controversial.  On April 20, 2019, after the accusations of sexual harassment surfaced against him, he was muffled into silence and stopped challenging the government which originally had a very vociferous voice against the government.  After his tepid silence, not long after he was removed as CJI, he was nominated to Rajya Sabha by President Ram Nath Kovind on 16 March 2020.

The list of every bureaucrat who helped Mr. Modi is endless, but this is just a gist of what is happening.

So, the CBI under PM Narendra Modi makes sure the accused are free and the investigators are on trial!

This is the system under the present BJP government where the courts are silent, neutral, or in favor of every decision of the government, journalists and activists are hushed, the media is muffled and the institutions are clamped.
