Bicycle rally of NSUI activists leaves for Delhi in support of farmers

A cycle rally of National Students Union of India (NSUI) activists left for Delhi from Amar Jawan Jyoti to strengthen the farmers’ voice of farmers

Jaipur: Hundreds of National Students Organization (NSUI) activists in Rajasthan took out a rally from Jaipur to Delhi this afternoon in support of farmers in the form of a cycle rally.

To strengthen the voice of the farmers, a cycle rally of NSUI activists left for Delhi from Amar Jawan Jyoti. State Congress President and Education Minister Govind Singh Dodasara flagged off the rally.

The rally led by the NSUI National President Neeraj Kundan and State President Abhishek Chaudhary has left for Delhi. The rally will stop at Behrar en route to Delhi and then leave for Delhi. It is said that the rally will reach Delhi on 6 January and will be involved in the farmers’ agitation.

On this occasion, Mr. Dodasara said that the farmers have been protesting for 40 days but the central government is not listening to them. More than 40 farmers have committed suicide during this period.

Accusing the central government, Mr. Dodasara said that the government which came to power with the vote of the farmers is not listening to the vote today.

Revenue Minister Harish Chaudhary, Education Minister Bhanwar Singh Bhatti, Transport Minister Pratap Singh Khachariwas, and Sports Minister Ashok Chandna were also present on the occasion.
