Ankara: Turkish Health Minister Fahrettin Koca said that next week Turkish citizens will get the Coronavirus vaccine. The citizens will receive the Covid-19 vaccine free of cost and will be vaccinated twice within 14 days.

Turkish citizens will be vaccinated for Coronavirus. This information was shared by the country’s Health Minister Fahrettin Koca.

Mr. Koca said ‘We will get the vaccine next week, it will be tested and if it passes all tests, we will allow its use. Citizens will be vaccinated twice within 14 days.’

The minister hoped that the covid vaccine would help end the epidemic. In November, Mr. Koca said that Coronavirus cases have increased in various parts of Turkey.

Turkey’s Ministry of Health said that 31,712 new cases of Coronavirus have been reported here, bringing the number of infected patients to 558,517 in the country. The death toll has risen to 15,531 with 217 deaths.

Reuters has reported that Turkey is ready to procure Russia’s coronavirus vaccine if it meets Ankara’s criteria, Health Minister Fahrettin Koca was quoted on Wednesday as saying, refuting an earlier media report that quoted him as ruling it out.
