Madhya Pradesh: 6 Uttar Pradesh residents die after jeep falls into a well

A jeep of a baraat (wedding procession) met a horrific accident

Chhatarpur: Six residents of Uttar Pradesh Tuesday died and the other three were saved after a jeep collapsed in the Maharajpur police station area of ​​Chhatarpur district of Madhya Pradesh.

According to police sources, a jeep in Mahoba district of Uttar Pradesh fell into a well near Diwanji Ka Pura in Maharajpur police station area at night. Six people died in the accident and three others were rescued from the well, who are slightly injured. All were taken to the hospital. Police have taken the jeep out of the well with the help of villagers.

Sources said the deceased were identified as Chatrapal, Raju Kushwaha, and Ghanshyam. Three other people are being identified. It is said that they are all residents of Mahoba district of Uttar Pradesh and came in a baraat (wedding procession).
