The Department of Empowerment of Persons with Disabilities (DEPwD) has joined forces with Enable India to unveil a groundbreaking 70-hour interactive Employability Skills course designed specifically for Persons with Disabilities (PwDs).
The official launch of this innovative course took center stage at the Purple Fest, marking a significant milestone in the pursuit of a more promising future for individuals with disabilities. This groundbreaking move ensures the widespread adoption of these standards by all government-affiliated skill training organizations, paving the way for a more accessible environment on a national scale.
The far-reaching impact of these initiatives holds the promise of creating enduring changes in the landscape of employability and accessibility for Persons with Disabilities throughout the nation.
