The exact date and location of the marathon have not yet been finalized, but it is expected to take place in a major city in Kerala.The Zayed Charity Marathon is a major sporting event that raises funds for charitable causes. The proceeds from the marathon in Kerala will be used to support healthcare initiatives in the state.The announcement of the marathon in Kerala is a significant development in the long-standing relationship between the UAE and India. Kerala and UAE share close cultural and economic ties, and the marathon is a further testament to this friendship.

The marathon is expected to attract a large number of participants from Kerala and the UAE. It is also expected to boost tourism in Kerala and create a positive economic impact for the state. Zayed Charity Marathon is a prestigious event that honors the legacy of the late Sheikh Zayed bin Sultan Al Nahyan,Former President of the United Arab Emirates. The Zayed Charity Marathon was launched in 2001 in Abu Dhabi to spread humanitarian and charitable messages that embody the legacy of the late Sheikh Zayed bin Sultan Al Nahyan, as his philanthropic impact extended to charitable and humanitarian institutions in the US and Egypt, and will reach out to India in the following year, in collaboration with authorities in Kerala State and the Indian community in the UAE.The proceeds from the marathon will be directed towards innovative cancer research and treatments, and monetary prizes for winners will amount to AED1 million
