Rahul Parmar, techie from Bengaluru killed his 2-year-old daughter claiming he had no money to feed his daughter, said the police
The accused has been identified as Rahul Parmar, 45 years old, who belongs to Gujarat and settled in Bengaluru with his wife Bhavya two years back. The accused and his daughter went missing on November 15, after which, the child’s mother Bhavya filed a missing complaint with the police station.
The body of the two-year-old child was found in the lake of Kendatti Village of Kolar taluk on Saturday night. Besides, a blue car was also found on the bank of the lake, the police added. Suspicious of this, the locals informed the Kolar rural police station.
According to the police, Parmar was unemployed for the last 6 months and incurred a financial loss in his Bitcoin business.
Parmar had also lodged a complaint with the Bengaluru police station about the theft of gold jewelry from his house. He used to go to the police station and inquire. When the police investigated the complaint, it came to know that Rahul himself had stolen the jewels from the house and pledged. He registered a fake theft case with the police.
The police warned him and asked him to come to the police station and it is suspected that Rahul out of fear, took his daughter’s life and was trying to end his own life.
Rahul Parmar is now arrested by the police for the murder of his daughter. The police are investigating the case.
While the focus has been highlighted on unemployment, which is also true, Rahul Parmar has psychological problems, because no normal person takes the life of their children due to unemployment. The traits of psychosis in people like Rahul view problems as looming bigger than themselves and they end up taking not only their lives but others as well, and usually innocent children are the targets. They are most frightening because they look very normal to the world who pass the buck on unemployment and the real issue of the person gets masked.
