Asaduddin Owaisi called the political crisis in Maharashtra the “dance of the monkeys jumping from one branch to another.”

AIMIM Chief Asaduddin Owaisi made this statement while commenting on the internal conflict within Shiv Sena, one of the ruling parties of Maharashtra. Owaisi has described this entire political crisis as a dance of monkeys.

AIMIM chief Asaduddin Owaisi said on Saturday regarding the Maharashtra crisis, ‘Let the Maha Vikas Aghadi consider this matter. We are keeping an eye on the drama unfolding… It looks like a monkey dance. They are acting like monkeys jumping from one branch to another.
The drama kept unfolding keeping everyone in suspense when 37 MLAs of Shiv Sena, one of the ruling parties of Maharashtra, have turned into rebels, and Eknath Shinde, leading the rebel MLAs got them all to flee Assam which is incidentally facing one of the worst flood disasters in decades.
In fact, the rebel MLAs are camping in Radisson Blu in Guwahati, Assam where the food bill for a day costs 8 lakhs.

Shiv Sena MP Sanjay Raut on Saturday claimed that the rebel Maharashtra ministers in the Eknath Shinde camp will lose their posts “in 24 hours.” Earlier in the day, the party’s national executive authorized Sena president and state Chief Minister Uddhav Thackeray to take action against the rebel MLAs led by Shinde, a senior cabinet minister.
