This somewhat gives one a clue that Uttar Pradesh is very poor in the Internet grid, thus contesting elections will need intense groundwork with connecting with the local people. However, in view of the fresh COVID outbreak with rumors with the third wave rising, contesting may be an ordeal at present.
UP is to vote in 7 phases, starting on February 10, with the counting of votes scheduled for March 10. Uttar Pradesh will vote in each of the seven phases – on February 10, February 14, February 20, February 23, February 27, March 3, and March 7.
The Uttar Pradesh elections are going to be one of the toughest election battles for the state between the BJP, Samajwadi Party, Congress, AIMIM, BSP and other independents with all eyes turned anxiously on Uttar Pradesh as it will almost decide the fate of India.
