The six-year-old girl went missing from her home in Singareni Colony in Hyderabad on September 9. The next day, her body was found in the house of the neighbour wrapped in a bedsheet. An autopsy confirmed that she was sexually assaulted and strangled. While the girl was found dead inside the neighbor, Pallakonda Raju’s house on Sunday, he had been missing since.
The police had released a photo of the suspect, Pallakonda Raju, announcing a reward of ₹ 10 lakh for any leads to the whereabouts or capture of the 30-year-old.
