Aurangabad: Aurangabad Municipal Corporation (AMC) Administration has restricted public and private ceremonies and weddings outside the restricted area will now be allowed only 50 persons instead of 200 persons.
AMC administrator Astik Kumar Pandey has issued a circular in this regard last evening. The AMC has taken this decision in view of the increasing infection of coronavirus day by day. He further stated that legal action would be taken against individuals and organizations violating the order.
Meanwhile, the special squads have been deputed to check out all public places, marriage halls, function halls among other places to follow the guidelines set up by civic administration for tackling the pandemic.
